The Policy:


As a member of Decathlon, you have 365 days to return or exchange your purchase. You can return or exchange online or in-store. 


Online purchases:

Exchange for another product (is free!):


If you'd like to return for an exchange (on any product across our website), we'll send you a free-postage label so you can send us the product back. We'll first send you a Parcelpoint free postage label, if a Parcelpoint is not within reasonable distance of you, please send it back through AUS Post and we'll refund the shipping costs.


Meanwhile, we'll place a new order and send you what you need in exchange. If you are unhappy with a product and wish to upgrade to the next model above, this is completely fine, you will just have to cover the cost difference.

Return for refund (is not-free):


In case you'd like to return for a refund, you can return the product(s) either through AUS Post or Parcelpoint and we'll refund the price of the product to you as soon as your return is on its way to us. Refunds take 2-3 business days to reach you.

Store purchases:


Exchange for another product (is free!):


If you'd like to return for an exchange, come in store and we'll do the exchange for you immediately. If you can't come in store, please email us at contact.australia@decathlon.com, we'll send you a free postage label so you can send us the product back. To do an online exchange you will have to have completed your online account. Here's how to do so.


If visiting a store: You can either exchange for a product of a higher or lower price. All you need as a proof of purchase is;


A.) The receipt used to make purchase or, 

B.) The membership number or email ID used for purchase. 


The difference in price will be charged to you (in case of a higher priced product) or refunded (in case of a lower priced product) 


If you're unable to visit a Decathlon store, we'll place a new order and send you what you need in exchange.
