Your order will then be prepared in your chosen store, and you will be notified via email when it is ready for collection.

All orders placed before 4pm will be ready for collection in 3 hours. Orders placed after 4pm will be available for collection by 12pm next day. 

  1. Where can I collect my order from?

At the moment, only from the store at Tempe, the address is 634-726, Princes Hwy, Tempe [Right next to IKEA Tempe]. 

You will be able to choose your store once we open more throughout Australia!

  1. What time can I collect my order?

Once you have received your email confirmation, you can collect your order anytime from 7AM-11PM, while the store is open.

  1. How long will it take for my order to be ready?

We normally take 3 hours to ensure your order is ready if the order has been placed before 4 PM. All orders placed after 4 PM are ready for collection by 12 noon the next day.

  1. How will I know my order is ready?

You will get an email confirmation to say your order is ready for pick up.

  1. Now that my order is ready, what do I do when I get to the store?

Visit us at the welcome desk as you enter, inform them you are there to pick up your order and show them your order collection email. 

  1. What if I come in and my order is not ready?

If you have received an order collection email, this is unlikely as the email goes out only when the order has been readied! 

However, in case that happens (oops), our friendly teammates will arrange the same for you immediately.

  1. How long will you hold onto my order if I cannot come and pick it up?

We will hold onto your order for 10 days. In case you are unable to collect it, please inform the team so that we retain it in the Click n Collect bay.

  1. What is the exchange policy on Click n Collect orders?

Our policies remain uniform across, 365 days to return!
