A bike weighs under 20 kgs so that is good news, here is what it will cost you to have one bike delivered, kids bikes included because these also need to be sent in a big box due to which the charges are based on the volume and not just weight -
Starting from $25 up to $50 depending on your location, you will automatically get the amount at checkout. (E.g. - Tempe to Marrickville will be $25 but if you order to North Manly or Heathcote, it will be $50)
Rest of NSW - VIC - QUEENSLAND - ACT - $70 (E.g. - Melbourne/Canberra/Brisbane/Newcastle)
Adelaide/South Australia - $90
Tasmania - $100
Perth - $160
Darwin/NT - $250
Q. What if I have multiple bikes delivered?
Then the website will automatically economise this best for you by not charging by piece but by weight, again, this will be shown to you at checkout depending on how many bikes you have ordered.
Q. What if I order a bike at the strore and want it delivered to my address?
A. The same prices apply as above, the service is the same.
Q. What about returns?
A. Return charges will apply as per the same prices, we will send you the paypal account to pay and have the product picked up.
Q. What if the bike arrives damaged?
A. We will have the bike replaced.
Q. How will I track my bike order?
A. You will get a tracking mail from TNT with a tracking code, you can track your order.
Q. Can I choose a convenient time of delivery? Will I get a call from the delivery company to tell me they are coming?
A. You will be updated through email and can track your order. I’m afraid we cannot commit to an exact time of delivery as this depends on circumstances beyond our control. The delivery company will not necessarily call you before attempting delivery.
Q. Can I request the product to be left at my door if I am not home?
A. Yes, you can do that directly with the delivery company. Decathlon or TNT do not assume any responsibility for the loss of such product in this scenario.
Q. What if I am not at home?
A. We would expect you to be there as the tracking number would keep you informed of the attempted delivery. If no one is available to collect, the delivery company will attempt to reach you. If they are unable to reach you, the product will be returned to us and we may reattempt delivery at an additional cost.
