There are three reasons why you're not receving the forgotten password email:
1) Can you please clarify if you're using the tab on the right as shown in the below image to begin your account?
2) If that's not it - Can you please check if our emails are going into your Spam/Junk email account?
3) If both of the above don't apply - It's possible that we're sending the email to you and you're not receiving it. Please contact us and we'll fix it for you!
