How can I purchase a testing product?


  • A tested product must be returned to the store it was initially borrowed from in order to be purchased.


  • The purchase can be made at the Welcome Desk, located at the entrance of every Decathlon store. If the product was borrowed in brand new condition, it will be the purchasable item. 



Can I do a Test it, Love it! Online?


  • Sorry, no; the Test it, Love it! program is strictly an in-store service only, and not available online.



Do I need to have the receipt when I return back the item?


  • Not necessarily, but it will simplify the process.




What do I need do bring with me to the store to do a test and love it?


  • You will be required to present a current Driver’s Licence or Passport, and a valid membership with Decathlon Australia.
    If you are not a member, you are able to sign up online, on a store kiosk, or whilst our staff are recording your test and love it.




Why do you photocopy my ID?


  • Copying a customer’s ID card is a very common security practice in any business. It is purely for liability purposes, for the benefit of both the customer and the company. Your information will not be released to any third parties, as stated in our Privacy Policy.




What is the minimum age?


  • You must be minimum 18 years of age to book a test with the Test it, Love it! program.




Why am I receiving emails from you?


  • We have an automatic reminder in place for the Test it, Love it! program.
    Not to worry, this is completely separated from the newsletters, and if you have opted out, you will not receive any advertising emails from us. 




Can I unsubscribe from the test it love it emails?


  • Not in this case, because this process is a precaution in order to keep you informed of the product due date and helps prevent you from incurring late fees as a result of miscommunication or misunderstanding the agreement parameters.
